We are currently seeking a motivated Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to support daily customer interactions and on-site service operations.
Assist customers with general questions and provide accurate information about services or programs.
Greet and support customers during in-person interactions, events, or scheduled appointments.
Help resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service activities.
Assist with preparation and setup for on-site events or client initiatives.
Ensure service areas remain clean, organized, and customer-ready at all times.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).
