You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficiency across all inventory management, shipping, and receiving functions. You will play a critical role in optimizing space, managing workflows, and maintaining safety standards in an automated environment.* ### Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, packaging, inventory control, and shipping* ### Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and compliance with all safety regulations* ### Manage the flow of materials, optimizing storage and warehouse space utilization* ### Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve process efficiency and inventory accuracy* ### Schedule inbound and outbound shipments to support business goals and service level agreements* ### Provide leadership, training, and support to ensure a positive and results-driven work environment### ### **What You Bring*** ### Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide high-performing teams in a logistics or warehouse setting* ### Hands-on experience managing in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse or distribution center* ### Strong working knowledge of automated warehouse systems and best practices in logistics operations* ### Ability to analyze workflows, identify process bottlenecks, and implement process improvements* ### Excellent communication and problem-solving skills* ### Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanning, and inventory systems### ### **Qualifications*** ### High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred* ### Minimum 5 years of warehouse/distribution experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role* ### Experience with Supervisor 101 leadership principles or equivalent hands-on leadership training* ### Experience working in an automated warehouse environment is strongly preferred* ### Comfortable working in a metrics-driven, performance-oriented environment### ### The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $63,100.00 - $101,000.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
